We've Been in Your Shoes

Youth of Georgia, based in Atlanta, is committed to supporting marginalized, underserved, and at-risk youth involved with the juvenile justice system. Our organization was founded by a group of professionals who faced similar challenges in their youth. Their experiences shape the tailored support and opportunities we provide, making a real difference in the lives of these young individuals.

Youth of Georgia takes a holistic approach, focusing on the broader needs of young individuals rather than punitive measures like incarceration. Our comprehensive services include job readiness training, trauma-informed case management, mental health counseling, and workforce development, all tailored to foster positive development and create better opportunities for youth.

At Youth of Georgia, we are driven by the belief that every young person deserves a chance, no matter their past mistakes. We aim to empower at-risk youth and steer them towards positive paths through partnerships with schools, the justice system, businesses, and other nonprofits. Our goal is to help these young individuals realize their potential and build brighter futures.

At its core, Youth of Georgia embodies hope, resilience, and our community's commitment to investing in the potential of marginalized youth. As a nonprofit, we provide opportunities and comprehensive services that help these young people overcome challenges and lead successful lives. Our mission is to ensure they have the support they need to thrive.
